This is the second time in 10 years I have taken a vehicle to Waterloo. Each time they have been helpful but not upselling. Worked to solve issues and got me back on the road. Great to know that when I have a car crisis I can count on the knowledgeable, kind, professional, ethical people at Waterloo.

Waterloo transmission was great but we have car shield and they made the process stupid hard, and made us agree to have waterloo tear apart the transmission so car shield can send someone to inspect the inside transmission and made us pay for it. But on the other hand I will have waterloo transmission work on my vehicles again. Without car shield.
