Fantastic, Walsers crew is as refined as a formula one pit crew, the tech crew gave me all the updates as to the progress to my vehicle, the video showing the process is a nice added bonus.

Walsers mechanics are the worst. Sales team 5 star, mechanics zero! I could tell many stories, not enough room. Stay away from Walser Mechanics.

We were sold a car that they said they had inspected. When my husband was waiting for them to wash the vehicle they told him a head light was out. This should have been our red flag that they had not thoroughly inspected the vehicle prior to the sale. A week later the transmission over heated. We brought it in and they said they couldn't recreate it. We got it back and the first time on the highway after getting it home it overheated.... Telling me they didn't spend the time to get the vehicle up to temperature to try to recreate it. I had it towed to the dealership. We were not allowed to return the car outright so we had to exchange it which did not go smoothly event hough the loan was less than the original. Beware
