Checked in early and they checked in my vehicle 1/2 after my appointment! Only 1 car ahead of me and they were working on it when I arrived. Took 3 people to put oil in vehicle and was never told vehicle was ready when tech came into area. Very slow service for a oil change only

I scheduled an appointment 2 days ahead to have new tires put on my Honda crv. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes. They said their crew took their lunch break. Why give me an appointment if no one is available to do the work

There was an hour wait for an oil change but they were fast and professional! Even vacuumed the front mats this time and had the correct vehicle sticker and mileage/dates on the windshield.

Good but still cannot understand that the only time the amount of air pressure in the tires applies is when tires are installed that match the same max. air pressure as original factory tires. As example if the tires that came on a vehicle have a max of 35PSI and the new ones have a max of 51PSI - when you follow what it states on the inside of the door it will set off the TPI sensors and no they do not need to replace the TPI sensors - put the correct air pressure in! Seems like everytime they install tires the first thing I have to do is put more air in the tires which is annoying!!!!
