Walter, the owner, is such an amazing mechanic! I am a woman and am so used to mechanics taking advantage of me. Walter never has taken advantage of me. Last time I took my car to him he even worked out the payments for me. He is a real professional. He's very kind and attentive. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

The service was good. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue same day. The turnaround timeframe was good. If I was to change anything I would recommend getting a written estimate that clarifies cost in order to make an informed decision.

Very bad .. the shop fix 2 major parts and the car still needs more work and it should be a better way to inspecting these cars .. it clearly needs to be aligned and the front tires are wornoutfrom the inside because of the lower control arms in which they replaced... the carfax can't be correct because it seems to have been in a accident and fixed up before we bought it because it's all front end damage only. The airbag light is in also.. had it 9 days and it had all kinds of issues.. this company is a complete rip off because the other 2 customer have major issues with their cars from the same dealership and I wish it was a way to get out of this vehicle..
