I Made an out-of-state purchase from Village Car Store- as a result it had some complications and additional steps. Zach made things very easy and predictable in making the transaction happen. He was also very determined to detail the car before it got shipped. I really appreciated that. After receipt of the car my insurance agent had some questions about the out-of-state taxes paid so we could reconcile with MA DMV- and Zach's brother, Eric, was super accommodating and made the post-sales experience just as painless- they really proved a Family business is different!

I contacted the dealership to inquire about a particular vehicle and it's availability. The reply received was simply that the vehicle was no longer available. I inquired about other similar vehicles. I was then referred to the website and their extensive inventory. Call me old fashioned, but when your job is to sell me a vehicle I expect you to do at least some of the leg work. I'm not here to give you money for selling me a vehicle that I picked out. There are way too many dealerships and other vehicles for that kind of mentality. Thanks, but no thanks.
