I contacted the dealer, went and wanted to test drive the vehicle. When I got there the vehicle was dead had to be jump started, front seat was laid-back and wouldn't work, 3rd row seats wouldn't work either. I asked them to get them working so I could test drive the Ford Explorer. I called and talked to someone, it's like they don't care if they sell anything or not. I have yet to hear from them!!
