If I could give 0 stars I would bc I never received the actual service I needed. Brought in for engine light and was told it was O2 sensor and they would order part and call me. Never heard back so I called and was told that it was just approved under warranty so they ordered part and it would be in in 2 days. Never heard back again so kept calling service department and no one would answer so I drove back up there. Was told warranty was never verified and part was never odered. He apologized and said I would hear back same day when he got everything cleared up. That's been months ago and to this day, no one has ever called me back. Contacted Sterling Ford and they took care ov everything. I will NOT be using Vaughn Ford ever again.
