Van Motors was helpful picking my car up, but they underestimated my service cost, thats frustrating. They didnt reset any of the electronics in the car following the service, i.e. the date/time on my clock, code for the radio. My car is working nowand once they decided to order the part, service was completed quickly. They maintained good communication throughout the experience. I would use them again

I was traveling on vacation and got an engine error light. The maintenance manager Vance got my vehicle in right away and fixed the problem. I was back on the road within an hour.

Service Manager informed me that my repair bill would be over $12,000.00! I took it to another dealership and had my 2021 High Country Pickup repaired and I am presently driving it, for $2300.00 repair. When I asked the Manager to simply put my fuel tank back on, he managed to bend and kink the fuel line so that I would have to replace it, incurring more costs to me. I asked to diagnose my pickup and the manager charged me over $600.00. Never would I recommend them to do service work again! Terrible Chevrolet Service Department.
