The staff was nice and was able to get me in and out, but the service crew they have working on the cars i probable wouldn't trust to much, they said they were changing the brakes and rotors, now when i test drove the car it drove fine, but upon picking it up a few days later it shook really bad upon braking( which was caused by the rotors and brakes(they looked like they had been shaved down on the side) the office kept saying they would have the service guy call me but never got that call, i end up having to change my brakes and rotors myself ( spending money i shouldn't have to if they had actually did it) as it was way to dangerous to keep driving like that. But overall the customer service from the staff inside was good.

Very nice guy, but the cars were very dirty, so I didn't go back. One had torn upholstery. The salesman was very nice though.

Was I the process of buying the vehicle when the manager came back with the numbers the trade in offer was insulting. I researched the trade in value before hand which was 7000.00 I had been to two other dealers looking at vehicles before I came to this one. One dealer offered me 6500.00 and the other offered 6400.00 because the check engine light is on and they both said the vehicle needs a catalytic converter. I checked and you can buy a catalytic converter for my vehicle for 150.00 . This manager came back with and insulting offer of 2000.00 trade which just unfortunately ended the deal

I was just starting to look for a nice BMW convertible of which I knew very little. The first person a called: Jessy Askew @ Used Import Auto was the person to help me get the job done and We did. Very Happy now with a very nice car thanks to a friend I now have in Roswell, GA. I found this car dealership online through True Car (on line) and things worked fantastic for an old dinosaur who does not have a smart phone or much IT knowledge. The Carfax was right on in telling the prior history. This also was the first time I used Carfax - so I guess times they are a changing and in this case for the Best. Thanks - it was a Fun journey and drive back to STL.
