I spoke with the sales person with the manager/owner in the background. They were both very helpful. The sales person shared useful information about the car and the previous owner, which I appreciate it. Shortly, there after I was hospitalized and did not get to see the car. However, I will follow through very soon.

After waiting around for a good while to test drive the car we were wanting to buy, we were told the battery was dead. They could take it to the dealer for a new battery. It would take about a month. They then raised the asking price by $3000. Avoid these people like the plague.

Carlos, our salesperson was friendly and we're happy with the car we bought and the value for money spent but the process of actually buying was terrible. We had put a hold on the car and went back to get it one week later with all funds in hand - should've taken 20 to 30 minutes tops. We had to wait 2 1/2 hours because apparently the dealership manager is the only person who is authorized to actually finalize sales and she was "working remotely from North Carolina with a poor Internet connection". Literally there were two people in front of us, and it was taking about an hour for each person to receive their texted sales contract to sign and finalize the sale. Extremely frustrating and ridiculous that you would go out of town and not authorize someone else at the dealership to finalize sales in person. Just very unprofessional.

We arrived, stood around for 15 minutes to which we had to walk inside the building to talk about the vehicle. At that point 6 different people tried to speak to us, and bounced us around to each individual salesman. Having to explain over and over my information and etc. Then after going over the process which took quite a long time, which shouldnt have taken as long as it did. Paperwork, and reviewing my car (as the trade in). Finally, we got a understanding of what I needed my payments to be. So, we proceeded to test drive the cars. They had 2 beetles. Same year, same color, basically twins. They pulled the first one out. It was missing a hub cap. The mechanic assured me that it was laying around the building. The car drove ok, no issues during the test drive. Except the ac was not very cold. Simple fix. We return to the dealership, and the next one is sitting there. With 3 Honda wheels, and a aftermarket wheel. All on the same car. We started examining the cars. More closely at this point. The first beetle I drove had mold around the gas tank door and around the area of the cap. Along with leafs, and debris. Plus the plastic gas holder thats connected to the door was dry rotted. Basically broke when my fiancé touched it. We looked under the hood of the first one. Seen that it was probably sitting for a long time. The fender had been broken and pushed back, Im assuming for a fender bender. Didnt even want to test drive the Honda wheels one or even examine it. Also the mechanic couldnt find the other hub cap to the first beetle. We were told Amazon or eBay sells them. We immediately left. Toooo many red flags. Sorry, but if Im gonna pay that amount for a car. It should be in a lot better shape than those 2.
