So sorry you feel that way, I do see that the vehicle that you inquired about was a 1999 Ford F150 that was listed for $4000 and was pictured with damage on the side. Sometimes that are in expensive inventory we decide not to fix the bodywork so we can keep it affordable, if theres anything else you would like to see we would be happy to send follow up pictures if youre still in the market, have a wonderful day.

They initially contacted me about the car I requested information about. I made an appointment and went and saw a 2006 Toyota Sienna. When we inspected the vehicle the 2nd row seat safety belt was cut. Also the mirror on the passenger side was cracked. They offered to repair both items. We put an earnest payment on the car of about half the price. This happened on 07/24/21 and we just picked it up finished on 08/21/21. There were delays due to supplier issues which was understandable but they were not good with providing updates unless I contacted them first. When I went in to pick up the van after all the repairs were completed they never said anything about the duration of the repairs or thanked us for our patience since we tried not to harass them while waiting. We didn't need the vehicle right away so it was okay they took this long. Second they told us initially there was a 7 day period once we received the car if we didn't like we could bring it back. Then they told us this didn't exist and they never said it. They said that they don't do that for cars over 150,000 miles. So at the very least they were not clear on this with each other. Next I had asked them to clean the car and it was still dirty when I picked it up. I just used a damp rag and wiped off most surfaces were cleaned so it would not have taken anything for them to do it. I have bought used cars from dealerships and they have the car detailed and cleaned, that is something that is missing. Also the levels in the car were not all filled windshield wiper fluid, etc. Also I asked for a copy of the Car Fax which was provided on the initial ad for the vehicle and the man just ignored me. I guess I should have been more persistant but he was wanted to me leave and take the vehicle. I asked to see the vehicle with the completed repairs prior to completing the paperwork and paying and he acted like it was a big problem. I was never thanked for the purchase or doing business with them. It wasn't a bad experience but I wouldn't probably go back I don't feel like they are, "Trusted" they just want to sell vehicles.
