We were shopping for a full sized van for a friend moving back to the states. Triple M was one of the few places with more than 1 that fit our needs. I went to dealership too see the car. Talk to Joseph. I didn't like the car the blower was making noise at high speed. Also there were small gushes on the leather seat.

After several emails i was assured that the Suburban was in great shape and ran really well. I told the dealer that I'd be driving 5.5 hours to look at it and was told it would be worth the drive. When we got there I was so disappointed. The photos of the outside of the vehicle were clearly photo shopped (there where major dents and scratches all over, the windshield was cracked all the way across, and there was a tear in the driver's seat) Ball joints, tie-rod ends, and struts were bad, Not to mention the brakes were so soft we had difficulty stopping. When we did get stopped my friend got underneath it and there was oil pouring out. There was also a loud grinding sound anytime it shifted gears. The dealer told us (after we returned from the test drive) that he hadn't even driven it and had no idea it had anything wrong with it. No apologies, no explanation....just down right lied to.

We were contacted initially and told the car was in the shop for repairs and that it would be available Tuesday. We drove to the dealership Tuesday (2 hours roundtrip) and the truck was not available. We were told it would be ready later in the day, so we arranged our financing and went back to the dealers that day around 5 pm; the truck was not available and we were sent to the mechanics to look it over. Since we did not have any contact from the dealer on Wednesday, we went to another dealership. The promised call to contact us never came until Thursday afternoon. By that time we had purchased a vehicle elsewhere.
