Mike worked patiently through a difficult issue with my older Merecedes. I stutter to think what a dealer would have charged for this repair. He has been incredibly understanding.

I always get good service at Total German. I have an older Mercedes and Mike has advised me with regard to "what to do and what not to do." Without his direction and service, the car would have gone long ago.

Mike and the crew at Total German are top flight. They are incredibly accommodating with regard to the timing of the needed repairs. I've said this before that if weren't for Total German I probably would have traded the car a while ago. I recommend them highly.

I am a snowbird and the person watching over my car in Florida said it would not start. I called Mike at Total German and he retrieved it, took care of the issue, and returned the car before I arrived back in Florida. He made our lives infinitely easier. We are fortunate to have Total German as our repair shop. I recommend them highly.

Mike did a great job going above and beyond to help me with my 2009 Mini Cooper. I have been back a couple times to get additional work and repairs done. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to European cars. While troubleshooting a problem, they didnt just install parts that did not fix the problem. They took the time make sure the issue was fix the right way the first time. The work was priced fairly and they stand behind the work they did. Will be going back for more upgrades
