Kind of liked the car but the salesman didn't seem to know very much about it and the push button start didn't work and the salesman simply said ignore it and just stick the key in and use it. He couldn't figure out how to get the rear gate to open automatically so he concluded that it should be operated manually. Relatively nice looking car. The colors that I wanted, size and near the price, with good mileage. ??????????????????? I was able to start the car but was not made an offer to take the car for a test drive. Lots of cars in the crowded area so I'm sure it probably would have been an effort to get it out but I drove from East Dallas to see the car with the intent to make a cash purchase if everything worked out and a deal could be made.

Good communication I think excellent service everything went smooth until I got the car home which ended up having $900 Worth of dents in the rear passenger door and rear quarter panel passenger-side when I sent pictures of the dents they said they didnt notice them when I asked them if the car had any issues bodywork or interior they said no so I was surprised when the gentleman who transported the car to me first thing he said to me was did you know this car has a dent in it and I said no he had Alex at the dealership sign a paper that the dents were in the car I dont believe I would buy another car from them over the Internet I wanted to give them a good review until it cost $900 to get the car fixed what I bought was A 2012 cadillac srx
