I was very interested in a car at this dealership and drove over an hour to look at it. The dealer would not let me take it to a mechanic of my choosing to have it looked over, they would only allow me to take it their "partner" mechanic. He told me "those are the rules". Needless to say, I left.

This dealer did not seem interested in working with me to purchase a car online, store it for me until I could arrange picking it up. I offered to pay for it in full but they would not work with me. I purchased the vehicle from the dealer who agreed to work with me. Customer service is the most important part of the process. Why sell cars online if you are not will to work with people buying from far away!

Pathetic. Salesperson not the least bit interested in selling the car. Take it or leave it attitude with cars AC needing Freon, no 6-disc CD changer. No big deal, according to him. He never bothered to even acknowledge my fiance. We drove 115 miles to be treated like dirt!. Dont even bother going to this joint!
