I went in for an oil change, and they forgot to fill up the fluids in the vehicle; and also forgot to put air in the tires. When I returned to have the above mentioned services performed, they put too much air in the tires. Ill be going to a different company next time my vehicle is due for services.

I went to auto zone on a Saturday and then they changed my battery and said my alternator was bad and sent me to tire choice on Bethel rd.I waited over 5 hours. They changed the alternator. 5 days later my power steering when out as entering 670. Aaa towed me to Aaa. Upon lifting the hood it was shocking stained with pinkish fluid and a big glop of red like glue at the top. They did not tell me they broke something and had to order a new piece. My car had been towed to lexus and tire choice said they would repair if towed to them. My boss was stern with them so they decided to do the right repair. The serpentine belt was broken and they replaced the broken coolant tube at the top. Less than a month later I had more issues. At least tire choice gave me some credit but I had to convince corporate I could have caused a multi highway accident due to their work.
