An encounter with a piece of metal on the freeway left my tire in shreds. The staff at the shop explained my options, located a wheel for my 10 year old car, annd arranged for its delivery and a rental car for me. Took over a day, but they kept me updated and by then he next afternoon I had 4 new tires and was ready to roll. Very professional and friendly.
