I inspected the car, it was very good. I made an offer which was accepted via e-mail. Then the dealer sold the car to someone else and doesn't even have the guts to call me back. I'd say this kind of guy is where the term "Just like a used car salesman" comes from.

Sounds like it was a good car that you wanted to buy. Unfortunately, without any sort of deposit, we can't just hold cars and hope stuff the customer will come back. Sorry you felt that this was one star service.

The vehicle we went to see was in poor condition the pictures didn't show all the defects in the it the door panel was falling off he said it would cost much for us to fix not what I expected from him. They had been using to vehicle for private us wasn't very clean. Could tell right away it needed work on it.

Hey Mark, Sorry the Yukon XL you came to look at didn't meet your standards. I would say a one star review is pretty harsh though. Our employee does use that vehicle for Costco runs and picking up supplies for everyone so she also drives it home. The Yukon door has one piece on the under side of the handle that is broken not visible to any camera and not falling off. Please reconsider as this would only be our 2nd one star review on any platform. Especially from someone who was treated with respect while at the dealership. Once again sorry it did not live up to your standards we try to price them according to condition plus or minus current market conditions. This one is was currently 1700 back of JD power.
