The person was polite and basically pointed in the direction where the car I was interested in was parked. Most of the cars were jammed together so close you could barely open the door to get in. Packed so close it would take a long time to get one out to test drive. It didn't appear much if any detailing had been done.

I arrived to look at a Ford Transit van. The owner pointed me in the direction of the car on the lot. After looking at the vehicle, I had questions about it but he was so busy overseeing three other guys who were repairing another vehicle that he ignored me. I left. Later I texted to tell him that the rear door of the cargo van I looked at did not open. He said he would fix it. I did not hear from him again. Very poor customer service. If you have a potential buyer on your lot, stop what you are doing and help them! How do you expect to make a sale?!
