Had an overall positve experience,Justin is a nice guy he was flexible because I was far away from Monroe & brought the vehicle for me to test out the buying process was pretty easy the only thing keeping me from 5 stars & not sure if it was his fault I blame carfax for saying the vehicle had neveer been in an accident then the day after I purchased I wasnted to look at service history & carfax stated car was in an accident & this info was not available until 6/2/22 and I purchased on 6/1/22...The Van looks feels & runs great & we love it I just wish Carfax was on the ball!
