They were too busy to answer the phone so instead of putting me on hold, one of their service techs answered. He didn't know how to check their inventory so he checked their website to confirm if the car I was interested in was still available...which I saw on their website. See the problem there? They also closed at 4pm on Memorial Day, when most places stayed open later... I couldn't have gotten there in time if I wanted to. Also, be wary of giving them contact info, because they WILL reach out to you multiple times. I had to block their number.
