I liked how quickly I was able to bring my car in to have a Service issue diagnosed. Adam greeted me at the door. The Car was taken in immediately. As it turned out it was a minor issue that the Service Technician repaired while I waited. It did not take long. I shall definitely be returning for all and any Service needed.

Kim was my first contact and continued to stay in good communication with me. We took a Rav 4 for a Test drive and than talked about preferences we desired with Adam the Sales Manager. He transferred a model that had the options we were looking for and after that Test drive we were ready to purchase. Adam gave us the CarMax Trade In amount on our Trade in car and Sarah continued with the Financing details that worked in our favor.
