battery had been defective for MONTHS, yet was only replaced after I had to suffer through 4 ( FOUR!) jump starts and two stalls in traffic where the auto stop/start feature stopped but didnt restart right away.

This was my first service for my new 2025 Subaru Crosstrek. I had never owned a Subaru before and this was my first service at the Subaru North Orlando.
I must admit I was impressed that the wait time for an oil change and tire rotation without a appointment was only 30 minutes. The service manager was very friendly and explained all that was done. I would definitely recommend.

Pulled up at 10am, dropped off the car, the staff at the dealership called a complimentary Lyft to bring me to work and I was there by 10:30. The service took most of the day and was completed around 5:30pm. Another complimentary Lyft brought me back to the dealership and I drove away. Seamless.

Oil change and filter, tire rotation. Found a nail in one of the tires. Also, the service person must have checked all the tires for the proper pressure, including the spare. This is the 1st time I have ever had a Subaru Service check and fill the spare(and I have had 5 Subarus).

Service was quick and friendly. I wish that my headlight setting would be put back the way it was when I came. I tend to forget what setting I use.
The waiting area is nice with comfortable chairs and a large TV. Unfortunately, the TV was set to Fox. I wish that a more neutral station would be on.

Helpful but not pushy salesman. Though we still had to sign all the paperwork that takes time, we were still there only about 3 hours with me test driving, checking out our credit score, and signing paperwork. All those there were kind even though we had come later in the afternoon.

Terrible service, poor communication from the dealer and they took longer than the estimated time. They fixed my car but now the car has something wrong with the driveshaft that is noticeable when I accelerate the car. I informed them what was happening and to this day I have never received a call or email to see what happened and when I could return the car. I do not recommend that dealer at all.
