Warranty service performed professionally and punctually. Great support from the dealership and dedicated service representative Greg. Loaner and Valet provided as repair required overnight time. Loaner vehicle was same model as owner vehicle. Steve White Audi is always a premium dealership experience. Really appreciate a dedicates (same person each visit) sales associate.

This is a miracle! My beloved blue diesel VW Jetta Sportwagen was tragically taken from me several years ago when it was violently attacked by a psychopathic deer, deploying all airbags and leaving it mortally wounded. It was hauled away, and I never saw it again. Apparently Steve White has resurrected this blue beast and given it a second shot at life! This man is a national treasure! I rate you 6 stars, because 5 just isn't enough.

When the mechanic observed abnormal tire wear, Joseph called me quickly to get an alignment added to the maintenance and my car was ready ahead of anticipated pickup time. Joseph reviewed the service ticket with me before I departed.

Over time I have lost faith in this dealership - Definitely don't trust sales on the Audi & Volkswagen side and the service department can't say I trust them as well... But when you don't have much choice you deal with what you get - You just hope after spending nearly $3,000 on repairs for a car worth less than $10,000 you won't have to fork that much money ever again.

I don't feel like the car was fully serviced. The service items listed when scheduled were not performed. Additionally, there was no communication about an issue with one of the services. Instead, I was told that it just wasn't done with no information or esitmate on how to resolve. This is not typical of my experience there and I am disappointed.

I was able to get a quick appointment, a loaner car while our Q7 was being serviced and they completed a "field campaign" to replace the starter-alternator as well. The work was completed in 2 days and having the loaner helped us get to doctors appointments and other errands. The work was done correctly the first time and the vehicle was delivered much cleaner in the interior but it was not washed which was surprising.

Hunter was great! Explained all the services and quoted me prior to doing anything to my vehicle. Stated the inspection would take anywhere from 3-4 hours but took only 2.5 hours! Super friendly and answered any questions I had about my vehicle. If I need services done in the future, I will come back to this location!
