Kevin Martinez was very kind and helpful with my rear brake job. After the test drive, Kevin learned that my front brake rotors needed re-surfaced. He said the front brake pads were good. In looking at my service records, my front brake pads were replaced and my front rotors were re-suraced about 14,000 miles ago at Sterling McCall Lexus. It doesn't seem like the brake rotors would have gone bad in such a few miles, and Kevin said he would speak with the service manager and see if the dealership would go back and resurface the front brake rotoes that were apparently not previously resurfaced correctly. I am waiting for Kevin to call me to schedule that service.
