Very difficult to deal with because I was told the car was in pristine condition but after driving 400 miles to look at it I found several tears in the upholstery and they lied about the wheel covers. They wouldnt budge on the price due to the flaws and misconceptions. Very difficult to deal with and wouldnt compensate by coming down on the price.

I was happy with my purchase. I was a little disappointed after my purchase. I expressed an issue with the tpms and they told me that they had reset it and I needed to drive it a while before it would reset. It didn't. I emailed the salesman x2 and recieved no response, sent a message through their website, no results. This is the 4th time I have had dealings with a Step One affiliated dealer and the 2nd time we have been told something that was wrong would be addressed. The 1st time it took a year but they fixed it.
