Mary Riches from SPECK was great and the staff. Jeep/Chrysler dealership I have noticed they take their customers for granted. Here the staff, waiting lounge, service was all GREAT! I hope the jeep brand doesn't forget their customers and recognizes dealerships like SPECK.

Didn't perform the work requested. Then settled for a fraction of the amount they charged in small claims court. No ethics. Double billed the warranty work and the maintenance work I asked them to perform. Won't do business with Speck again.

My truck now has 112,000 miles. The check engine light has been constantly on for close to 80,000 miles. Ive had this very same issue fixed twice, and both times within 100 miles The same issue comes up. Coincidentally, when I reset the light at home. About 100 miles later it turns back on. Im convinced that you guys cannot diagnose my problem correctly. Regardless of where I get IT Serviced at. The future of internal combustion engines is not secure for these obvious reasons. Cyber trucks dont burn particulates, and with 150,000 mile warranty. Legacy auto makers cannot produce a good vehicle anymore. Why? Please dont respond to this unless you can tell me why.
