The vehicle was not ready to be shown to a customer. They just washed it took photos then posted the car for sale. Engine compartment was full of dirt, sliding side door didn't function properly. Posted like it was a new car, but when you questioned the sales person their comment was well it is a used car you know. Wouldn't buy a vehicle from them.

I was pretty interested in this car, but the dealership wouldn't negotiate price, even thought the car is priced above fair market due to the mileage. Dealerships just want to have you. That's awful.

I was contacted via email and responded and also called the dealership back, but never heard from them. Hard to rate when you are not called back. Even hard to buy a car; but I found one elsewhere.

Jacob sent weeks with me over text and took any video I asked for as I had to buy this over the phone from another state. The process was fast and easy when I decided to pull the trigger they helped me get it done and shipped to me for a low cost! The only reason I didn't give five stars is I was not told ahead of time the wait i would have for the car to ship. Had I known it would take so long I probably would have just traveled to get it. But they were great and I honestly did think to even ask how long the shipping would take.
