Everything from sales, finance, management, to the service department, was nothing less than a great experience. It was not just great customer service to me, but all around mutual respect. Traded a newer model Subaru for an older model Tundra, so I was realistic when an issue occured soon after purchase. After all, the Tundra is now 9 years old. I had an electrical issue a week later. They did everything to honor the warranty I purchased, even offered a rental truck and called from personal cell numbers to check in. It ended up not being a big issue to fix, but I appreciated their hard work. Special thanks to Keith (sales) and Lucas (service department).

The salesperson Willie was very pushy and rude. The vehicle had a few issues I wanted to know more about and he just rolled his eyes and kept repeating the question "can we do business?" I really wanted that particular vehicle so I went through with the purchase but I will never return to this lot. They have no respect for their customers. And they also tried to pocket my down payment without applying it to the cost of the vehicle, Major scam!

The dealership and yourself agreed to take a discount for newer tires and $500 was sent to you to put tires of your desire. If you have a chance or would like to discuss this matter with management, feel free to call us to ensure we did not miss anything .
