I inquired about the Ford lightning truck to few dealerships but Josh invited me to sound ford and said he got over 50 in stock. I didn't believe him first because all the other dealers only have few in stock. Once I got to Sound ford they got every trim level in every colors in stock. The salesman Tristian said they are the number one EV truck in this region. Hard not to believe them. I leased a black lariat and love it.

terrible service had an appointment my vehicle was supposed to be waiting out in front. I got there they didnt even know I had an appointment they had to look me up the car wasnt sitting out front . The assistant manager started systematically telling me why I didnt need the type of vehicle I want it. I just sit and agreed with him wondering how far it was going to go. He asked if I was planning on buying that car that I was test driving right then and there. Before I ever came in and I told him I needed to sit in some vehicles and test drive some vehicles to see which one was more comfortable . An older elder gentleman older than me came in told him he wanted a highbred. He took off after telling me and giving me excuses why he couldnt help me because they had to find a key and left to go help the other gentleman. All the while being very polite trying to make excuses for why the dealership didnt do what I was told they were going to do and Im not gonna sit there and waste my time arguing or getting mad I waited for the water his assistant gave me and told him I had other things to do walked out . I will never buy from this dealership they need to treat everyone with respect as a potential customer no matter whether Im buying a car that day or in a week . Im looking for a cargo van to change into camping van, and what he didnt know is Im also looking for a small used hybrid vehicle to run around I got a 2005 van that Im getting rid of . He couldve made two car sales if he wouldve been a real good sales person. I hated the treatment I got here I heard the car dealers were not very nice to women this one wasnt and I will let everyone know never to buy a car from that dealer for the rest of my life thats about 2030 years because Im 63 . Worst customer service I have ever had !

I emailed on one car. I did not leave my number but they must of had it in their database from the past. I talked to Rod about an expedition they had. Fast forward 2 days I got 5 calls in a row from them while at work. I asked them not to call me anymore. Yet another call. I blocked their number. Emails x many. Another call from a cell phone. I will NOT do business with them. I'm not interested in high pressure sales which I shared with them and was told they don't do that.. I call balagney. Ill take my 40+k elsewhere

I saw a specific used car on Carfax at Sound Ford. So, while nearby, I decided to drop in and have a look. The salesman said they don't have any cars of that make and model. But they do have some similar. The next day I looked at the car using several online used car search engines. I noted the Sound Ford stock number and called them with the number. They were very polite and said they were not sure why I was told it was not there. Yes it is available. Later that day I dropped into Sound Ford again. After a check on their computer and looking for the key, they decided it was not actually there. Poor inventory control or the old Bait and Switch routine?
