I called to check on this Impala and he kept saying oh it has low miles it has low miles very fast talker in my experience I have found very fast stalkers to be Shady and then want to to try to add a $200 fee and I think you should have added that to the price and not told somebody on the phone after they called this is only my personal opinion.

Everyone has to pay tag and title fee on all cars that are purchased. The listing only states the purchase price not including tax, tag and tile. Due to the fact out of state residents dont pay taxes.

I find it difficult to accept or believe that these guys have received any favorable reviews. They may have been some of the angriest, most unpleasant people I have ever encountered. When I expressed my desire to conduct a pre-purchase inspection, for which I had already prepaid, they reacted with considerable anger, telling me they have mechanics I can take it to. As I said, I had already paid $200 for the inspection and would not necessarily trust their recommended mechanic. Upon the inspector's arrival, they verbally harassed him, and because he drove a personal car rather than a "company" car with company signage, they said he was scamming them. He literally had to "Google" his company to prove to them he was legit. They refused to allow him to take the vehicle for a brief test drive. He would have been OK if they had wanted to accompany him. Near the end of the inspection, I remember the inspector asking the "father" if it would be OK to use his OBD-II device to check for engine codes, which the father begrudgingly allowed. After plugging in the device, the "Son" angrily told him to remove it, berating him very loudly, and insinuating that he could have compromised the ECU with a virus. His OBD-II scanner was ROM-based and lacked an operating system. Not to mention, he performs dozens of inspections per week, which would mean there would be a lot of virus-infected vehicles. They literally hovered over his shoulder while he did his inspection. The numerous "red flags" included the fact that the exterior pictures of the advertised car looked very different than the exterior in person, Gray, versus the advertised "Cosmic Blue Mica". The inspector was very professional and never reacted to his ill treatment. The constant shouting caused me significant anxiety, leading me to leave without a purchase even after several hours of driving. I felt a sense of relief regarding my decision on the way home. However, it is possible that they were simply having an off day.

Complete false the customer never even told me that had someone checking the car out. They should have told me up front so I cam make time for them not just bringing it upon sale the vehicle. The customer was did not tell me about inspection up to finalizing the deal. I offered them to take the car to a real shop lift the car up and do inspection and they refuse it. Brought in someone that stated he was inspection but came in a personal car no signs of a real inspector. The inspector told me 20 minutes and waisted my time for 2 hours. Brought in a scanner to a phone not a tablet or computer scanner but a portable scanner. I did not trust him and offered my scanner to him to use or take the car to any shop and scan it. I did not appreciate customer lying to me the whole time and bringing so call inspector that all he wanted was to drive it, even after the customer drove the car. I offered the customer to take the car to a shop and lift it inspect it to any shop near by. I do right by customer but until the car sells I have to make sure who get behind the wheel especially if they can properly drive the vehicle. I never had this type of people that lie the whole time.

The dealer contacted me and answered all my questions. I chose not to buy the vehicle, but not because of the dealer.

I liked the car that I had contacted the dealership about. I didn't like the attitude of Maksim. He had an arrogant, impatient demeanor and avoided answering questions by referring back to the CarFax rather than answering my questions directly. As for the car, it was presented as a pristine one owner. I asked about front end damage noted on the CarFax and was told it's just a blemish on the bumper cover. As a final background check prior to flying down from Detroit I ordered a ClearVin pre-auction report that detailed vehicle history and photos prior to dealer acquisition. The front end damage also included hood damage and spray paint to cover up what appeared to be weathering to the engine compartment from exposure and rodent damage to the hood insulation. Needless to say, I ate the airline ticket, but avoided a disappointment due to non-disclosure.

All of the information was send to the customer and a free carfax report, along with video running and under the vehicle. Had disclosed to the customer of the car with all the records. Hood had sun damage that all. The vehicle was a One owner but was still 20 years old Vehicle.

I did not buy a vehicle at this dealership. I Spoke with dealer more than once to see the vehicle, and when I was ready to purchase. However, he was headed to Savannah. He said he would call his father and ask him to meet us to see the truck we were interested in buying, cash only per the dealer's terms. He never called back with a simple followup call to confirm if his father was going to meet us, nor did he call the following day. I am not going to chase a care dealer to do him a favor of purchasing a vehicle from him. He lost out on that deal, as the next day, we found a much newer truck $ 1,200 more, but with huge 63,000 less miles, and was an upgraded model, so to top it off, it was a much better deal all around. The old saying you snooze, you lose! I am so happy he didn't care enough to call us back, since it turned out better with a total different dealer who cared about their potential customers. Son & Father obviously didn't care at all, and won't ever be hearing from me again. Do yourself a big favor and save yourself a great waste of time and move on beyond them, for your own good.

I go by appointments and people that to make sure to call ahead. I to not just sit in the office. Customer was told to call ahead and make an appointment and not to just show up. Was told out of state with the customer calling head and making appointment for the truck and everything was smooth transaction.
