Silver Lake Auto is fantastic! They always go above and beyond to insure satisfaction. My car was making a loud metal noise, and I was leaving in less then 48 hours for a 800 mile trip to see my grand baby for her birthday! They were able to get it in, diagnosis the problem, and repair it in under 24 hours. The thorough inspection also showed I needed some brakes and spark plugs. I was able to cross the country without any worries.

I got an appointment at Silver Lake Auto in Brookfield without knowing it and went to the Hartland location to drop off my car, which was the closest location to me. The man behind the desk canceled my appointment at the other location and fit my car in that day. I went in for a small leak in the back right tire and when I went to pick up the car they showed me not only pictures of what punctured my tire but also information on my tire's life and the status of my car. In addition, they looked at my engine and found a couple of minor leaks, and gave me honest advice on how to go about them. The man behind the desk went through everything on the report and patiently answered all our questions. They have a very nice team, a clean; up to date shop, and good pricing. They left us with some cookies as well, we will be going back for any future services.
