The salesperson was great, but the overall service was horrible. Purchased the Nissan XTerra but returned it 36 hours later due to frame was welled together and rusted out in certain places.

We gave you all your money back and made sure you left happy. We would never sell a customer a vehicle that has a major problem like that and not help them out. And you left here very pleased. So I'm not sure why you are saying the service was bad. Can you elaborate as to what made it bad? Since we did give you all your money back and apologized for the inconvenience of the situation.

Went to look at the car and talked to the person that I was told would be there to show me the car. He said he had some other stuff that he had to move around and he would be right back. I stood around for a half an hour and then left. I had the cash to buy the car. There was no other vehicles in the way for me to do a test drive. He only had to go get the keys. I guess if you really want a car and are willing to wait around all day it would be okay.
