This dealership continues to amaze me. I bought a preowned car from them. After about a month I noticed an issue with the drivers door. They actually gave me a loaner and fixed the car I bought from them. Again this was a pre owned Lexus. They could have easily said the car was sold as is. Love this dealership.

I made my appt. for service, they had my car for 5 hours then call to say they weren't going to fix my car issues that day "because its Friday". I was furious with them for wasting my day. So, they give me a loaner and took 3 more days to fix it (not any major work, just minor fixes). I had to buy a mandatory maintenance contract when I bought the car there, otherwise I would've gone somewhere else. You should too.

Paid an OUTRAGEOUS amount and still DON'T have an accurate diagnosis! Nothing I didn't already know when I brought it in. Very disappointed in the new staff. So I guess I will be taking it to my non-jaguar small town mechanic to do the work this place couldn't figure out!!!

Great s experience! Service Advisor was courteous and professional. Explained services to be performed. Had valet driver ready to take me back home. My car was ready when promised and was washed when I picked it up. Charges were reasonable for work done.
