The customer service rep contacted me, but wouldnt give me information on the vehicle or if it was even available. I was told they needed my phone number to validate I was real, and then was told someone would contact me about the car. That never happened. To make things worse, a week later I got an email from the CS agent asking me if I got everything I needed and told her I never heard from anyone. Sewell advertises their great dedication to their customers, but they dont seem to care much for the potential buyer. Not impressed!

Advertised as a one-owner, low mileage vehicle with great photos of a car that was said to be always serviced at a local Porsche Dealer per record. Very interested the Boxster spoke at length with the salesman. Was told this Porsche, like all of their trade-ins was first inspected at their BMW Dealership before offered for sale. Later received a phone call saying car is no longer for sale, so will be going to auction, as the convertible top isn't right, and an oil leak has been discovered now. So I contacted the Dealers Sales Mgr., and he said that was not yet the decision, that if I still had interest in this Boxster, they would repair it to sell to me. Too many conflicting stories so I frustratingly passed.

After the car was already sold the salesperson refused to tell me and proceeded getting my personal information on credit application..refused to answer my questions via email and voicemail messages asking if the car was still available.. I specifically stated vis email and voicemail that was the ONLY car that I was interested in. And that car make model and year I put on the credit application!!!. I the car had already been sold when she fraudulently obtained all my personal information and proceeded forward to obtain credit report from me!!! which is being reported to law enforcement and FTC cybercrime salesperson is a criminal!! I'm extremely distraught and high anxiety.. I have assets and I don't want a salesperson fraudulently stealing my personal informationr ...really?!!!!!! and deception!!!! ..run the other direction !! criminals !!!
