Very bad communication. Was supposed to receive Carfax. Never did. Sent all info on trade including pics. Was supposed to get trade value, in what I thought would take an hour or so. Never did. After calling both salesman and Dealer in hopes of getting the deal done, I gave up. I then heard from them two days later and they sent paperwork. I had already decided I wouldn't do business with them.
