My whole car buying experience was the worst I have ever experienced. The very first salesman that I spoke to was very nice the next time I made contact it was all of a sudden with a salesman named Nick and he was the typical run his mouth don't know how to listen type salesman. He refused to give any breaks he even raised the cost of the vehicle telling me it was something about taxes. There was only one key fob for the vehicle I asked to include another one he refused it took forever to negotiate the price for the vehicle and I believe they were taking advantage of me because they knew I liked it and I feel I was 100% scammed by Nick and this dealership and I would never recommend going there to anyone it was horrible. I truly feel they cheated me but being a woman and not knowing a whole lot I felt they took advantage of me.

We tried hard to fix everything you asked for, and I thought it made you happy. I understand you might be really upset since you left a review after 5 months. I'm sorry you feel that way! Sometimes, used cars don't come with two keys, and getting an extra key could make the price higher, which might upset you even more. We take pride in our customer service, and I remember everyone stayed late to help you when you came in. We believe in treating everyone with respect, and I think being a woman makes you strong, not weak. I didn't mean for our actions to seem rude, but I'm sorry you felt that way.
