Their posted price is what you pay took the mystery and stress from buying a used car. The posted price was extremely fair, and we received a satisfactory trade in amount. They were friendly, professional and efficient. The car came with only 1 remote, so they took the responsibility to get another one for us with no additional charge to us. they didn't seem to care if we bought the jeep from them or not and only offered us 600 bucks for our car for trade in ( blue book trade in was minimum 2000 bucks ) on a 27 thousand dollars jeep we test drove and then raised the price of the jeep before we left even though it had been sold 2 weeks prior with over 1000 miles less on the odometer , so they wanted more money even though it had more miles put on it. They would have to do alot better to ever get my business, if at all.

We are sorry that you feel this way as we feel that integrity is our reason for being in business for over 44 years. We would just like to clarify a few points: First, the vehicle was incorrectly priced at our actual cost. We changed the price 10 minutes after the initial download on all of our advertising platforms after discovering the error. During that 10 minute time frame you emailed us and we agreed to sell the vehicle at the lesser price. We did appraise your vehicle and did not appraise it at trade-in book value due to it's condition. I won't post the condition here, but it was properly appraised considering the condition it was in. Unfortunately, we were unable to make a deal. You could have kept your trade-in and bought our vehicle for the lesser price. We simply could not sell a vehicle at cost and also trade-in your vehicle above it's actual value considering the condition. We were very upfront in telling you that the higher price would be the new price should you decide not to buy the vehicle. Even at the newer price (which was $800 more) we were still thousands below market value and the vehicle sold the next business day. As of this writing that particular vehicle is probably valued another $1000 higher than it was when we sold it just due to the market conditions rising exponentially in the used market weekly. We have have always been very upfront with pricing. We have never charged a document fee, temporary license plate fee, or any other extra fees. Our prices are always posted and our appraisals are clearly disclosed as well. We are likely one of very few dealerships that do not have additional fees and complicated high pressure sales tactics. Looking back, the only concern was the trade-in value as we offered to sell the Jeep at the price you initially saw it at. We are very sorry we could not make a deal and wish you well in your search for a vehicle.
