Fidel and Massimo were extremely knowledgeable about their inventory. I was shopping for a 540i M Sport and happened to come across this dealership in Mission Valley. Massimo took the time to explain all of the features of the car even before we discussed any pricing. I didn't feel pressured to purchase during my visit and I appreciated that. It's a different car buying experience at their dealership, it's more focused on the product. As a car guy, it's nice to see people who care about what they are selling and know what they are talking about. I am still shopping for a car and will possibly be back due to the awesome inventory they carry.

They had a car I was interested in and very pretty quick on the followup. However, they were not as transparent as I would have liked, they sent sale documents to me by USPS 2d that took 3 weeks to arrive (I had them resend via Fed Ex which worked fine) and then there were hiccups when I had the trucking firm which was shipping the car to me (I am out of state) being able to get an inspection of the vehicle. I am awaiting delivery as I complete this form so hopefully all with be OK in the end.
