Always great experience at Vernon Hills location Tire and Battery Center. The ordering and installation process was easy. I had to reschedule due to being late 15 min to my appt and it was the last one for that day. Not big deal for me as next appt was able to get next day.

Low tire pressure warning came on after about 7 miles. One tire totally flat by morning. Filled tire back up with air and while driving the 2 1/2 miles back to Sams Club, Low tire pressure warning came on again. Turned out bad valve was installed on the one tire. Saveed Sams towing fee by not calling for Road Side assistance. Did not really receive any compensation or apology for risk or inconvenience.
