There was a miscommunication between the tire supplier and the Sams Club. When we went in the find out the status of the tires, the guys in the service center went above and beyond to make sure that all was straightened out and that we had the tires we neededand installed within the hour, too!

Only one problem. The call center (located somewhere in the world) makes tire appointments. After driving 40 miles for my appointment, I was informed that the tire department had closed a half hour earlier. The manager apologized and said this problem has occurred several times. I was given an appointment the following day. 2 round trips resulted in driving 160 miles. The local employees where polite and apologetic. Zero stars for the call center and 5 stars for local service.

Everything went well. My appointment was at 9 n a staff person was staffing desk to hand keys over to. Service took about 45 minutes n I was informed via call that car was ready. I was very satisfied. I would like to stress that I ordered the tires n was called when they arrived and told to make an appointment for installation but after repeated calls (15) no one answered phone n had to make trip to Santa Fe to try to get an appointment. This was very frustrating n not consumer responsive n Sams Club should fix.
