Worst experience ever. Had to bring back 5 minutes after I left because low air. They worked on it and I left. 10 minutes down the road low air again. Had to fill up air twice to get back to store. Evidently they damaged stem and sensor. Never going back

Mixed review. I had a great rotation and balance job done: my car drives super smooth. However they put the service note under my other cars Carfax report causing it to flag a Milage Inconsistency. The service tech said they dont report anything to Carfax. Yet there it is!!! Pretty disappointed they werent more careful on getting the correct car to send a Carfax on.

Upon my visits to Sam's Club service department everyone was polite and respectful. They also provided me with all information that was needed to help me with a smooth and easy process. The service staff didn't take long to complete the job.
