The techs do a fine job. Simple balance and rotation service. Didn't break any mounting bolts. Didn't lose the wheel lock key. Assume the tires are balanced properly. The only reason it's a 4-star rating is because the club needs to have a better system answering the phones and scheduling appointments for the tire and battery center. That's on club management.

When I ordered tires it was stated that they would arrive in 5-7 days. Ordered tires Aug. 16th, tires arrived Sept. 1st. Installation was a bit slow; nearly 2 hours. Also they installed one tire improperly (directional tires and inside was installed outside). Had to return the next day to have the tire re-installed.

Tires had to be ordered and took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Then I had to make an appointment to have them installed. However, installation was quick.

I was scheduled to get two front tires replaced and a tpms sensor. When I got to my appt they realized they had ordered the wrong size tires. The technician was very apologetic and took the blame. They did call me a week later to let me know my tires were in. I did try for over an hour to get someone to answer my call to get the service scheduled. After having no luck I drove over to Sams. They were able to accommodate me that same day which was good.
