The Bossier City "Sams club" auto center doesn't have the friendliest people I've done business with working there, but they did get the job done in a timely manner. I Just needed to have a couple tires checked for slow leaking and they did that as requested.

Overall they were great, much better than Shreveport location... but I would kinda expect them load spare back into the trunk floor foe me. It wasn't too big of a deal for me to get it down in there, but what about an older lady or gentleman? It would have been quite the feat.

I had to order a tire because it was not in stock. They promised to call me when the tire arrived in about 1 day.
I called the tire center after 1 day to see if the tire had arrived. I was informed that the tire was in. I asked if I could come that Saturday afternoon at 2:30 pm (when I called). I was told no because they were only operating by appointments and that they would be closing at 4:oo pm (they normally close at 7 pm). I was told by the employee to come in on the next day, Sunday. I asked what time do the tire center opens, and was told 10 am.
I was at the tire center and 1st car at the bay door at 10 am. The same employee that I spoke to on the phone informed me that my tire had not come in. I complained because I had driven from Minden and also had wasted my gas money. I requested to be reimbursed for my gas. After a conversation with the lead, the young lady informed me that I could not received a gas card because there was nothing that the tire center had done wrong with me car! I informed her that the employee gave me the wrong information and that I drove over 30 miles to the tire center on a donut.
I took the matter further and asked to speak with the store manager.
The assistant manager came to speak with me. She was very pleasant. She listened to my complaint, apologized and gave me a gift card for my trouble.
It started out bad but ended out ok due to the assistant manager's response to my complaint.
