I have been going to Sam's for well over a decade. I don't even live in Pensacola, I drive from Birmingham. I know that Hank (the owner) will always be honest with me about what my car needs. He is never aggressive when recommending repairs, he simply tells you the truth. I appreciate that and I will continue to go to Sam's as long as it's there. I'm on my second car having it repaired and serviced at Sam's. It was recommended by a friend of mine who does live in Pensacola.
