Stay away from this place. Wife traded her car in and the one she got needed tires and had a plethora of other issues. Was told they'd get the tires and gave her the choice of tire. She said she would like the OEM tire, after weeks of back and forth with this place they finally get some tires that I've never heard of and did a horrible job with what they consider mounting and balancing. Let me know if you want pictures. Place is a joke.

The vehicle they brought up to show me was filthy, had a low pressure tire warning and check engine light on. Why would you show a vehicle like that. Then I checked customer reviews on the dealership.

This is a weird review for me, only because I thought so highly of STG. I genuinely don't understand how you can service a vehicle 3 times..and miss my rear brakes being metal on metal..an entire belt wrapped around my passenger rear boot, and my coolant being contaminated, low, with air pocketsNot to mention a part ordered 2 months ago I still haven't been contacted about. It seems they are avoiding my calls, so I called from another number and the service department picked up. It's honestly sad the way you guys do business, you treat your customers with so little respect.

*ZERO STARS* Horrible experience. Spoke to them for several days and they were supposed to have the car "pulled up and ready" when we got there. It was not. They acted like they didn't know we were coming and didn't even know where the car was. 15 minutes later, they pull up with a dirty, stinking car with a check engine light on and some type of white sticky substance in the trunk. This was a plug-in hybrid, but the salesman had no idea how to even start the car. The whole experience felt sketchy so we left only to be BOMBARDED with phone calls, even AFTER we asked to be put on the no call list. We are currently in the process of suing them for blatantly violating the National Do Not Call Registry. As we continued to search for a car the very single first thing we did was check to see that it was NOT being sold by STG. TERRIBLE experience and I highly recommend avoiding them altogether.
