I called multiple chevy and gmc dealerships, all told me it would be at least 3 days until they are even able to diagnose my truck, Ron Carter in Alvin had my truck fixed in 2 days! Quick service and excellent customer service are hard to find these days but you can find both here.

I couldn't get through on the phone to get an update on my service repair and I was heading out of town. All calls were unanswered so I finally got a ride to the dealership only to learn that my car was done. They were short staffed so no one was answering the phones. There is no reason you can plug a body in a chair and do some simple work of responding to customer inquiries instead of just not answering your phone calls.
