It took so long. I had a appointment at 1045am and it was almost 400 before I left. Did not use my credit union so hit my credit score 8 times trying to get me in a car when I was already pre approved. The salesman was very nice and helpful which is why I went on and bought a car from them.

Zero stars isn't available but that's what I would give. I would NEVER buy there nor recommend. I talked with them twice about One Vehicle I wanted to see. Told them I was driving an hour to see it and had driven 2 hours to a dealership in Louisville the day before only to be told a sale was pending and the vehicle wasn't even there. They ASSURED me it would be there - I called the day of my visit to confirm I would SEE the car. They said yes. When I got there, it was up on a lift in service department with no wheels on it - so I couldn't even see in a window!! Ridiculous. WHO would buy a car like this?? Very disappointed in their total lack of customer service.
