Absolutely horrible experience. Took car to have AC checked because of not cooling properly and overheating problem. After 5 weeks of having my car and 5k in repairs they then proceeding to tell me it needed a new engine because they couldn't find the issue causing the problems. So they wanted to add an additional 10-16k to service repairs for an engine on a car that didn't even have a 9k trade value. They didn't communicate at all on things being done and just did them. I feel they blew up my engine and didn't want to fess up to it. Will not do business with them again or buy another Volkswagen product as this is not the only instance we have had a problem dealing with a Volkswagen dealership.

Good Morning , to clarify, another dealer brought your vehicle in with repairs that were performed repeatedly and not by the Volkswagen standards. There was still issues after using their expertise. We addressed their intial concerns along with several other issues. Your vehicle had history of numerous coolant issues and repairs done prior to us ever receiving the vehicle. The wrong coolant was even in the vehicle. We worked one on one with the dealer, never you. We never spoke to you personally. I personally was intouch with the manager, on my cell to assist. There was not 5 K in work done, in fact the amount was reduced to $1512.95 and yes there was 2 quotes given to the dealership, one for 7,500 K (Used engine) and one for 12 k (New Engine) to address the continued concerns to the vehicle. It needed an engine. There has been a complete misunderstanding and lack of communication on someone else's part but not ours. We thouroughly tried to repair the vehicle but when a car is driven at long periods with repairs needed, it damages internal parts and needs proper diagnostics , which we performed and provided. To be clear we never spoke to you, we constantly updated the person who brought the vehicle over once I took over, we did not personally do business with you or speak to you ever, and we reduced all amounts tremendously as a courtesy to the situation. We are not in the business to deter business or damage relationships. We understand you do not have the vehicle anymore as well, we are very sorry it came to that. In conclusion, we wish you the best on all future endeavors.

Time-wasters. Don't drive way out there to the boonies in the country. Salesmen are young and inexperienced, and so are the finance Mgr's in the glass fish tank room. They're real slick talkers over the phone tho at Rockwall Co VW, but in person, will try to slick talk you into paying your own lease over-mileage when it was clearly implied I wanted to TRADE MY CAR IN. Principle VW in the burbs easily got it all done for me over the phone, way faster, without trying to pull any fast slick ones.
