Horrible. I brought my cat in to be serviced for 2 concerns. When I received my car back, it's now riding like a horse. Bucking', cutting off, slow to accelerate, pedal presses against the floor. I am completely disappointed as I just spent 2k, now the new parts cost$4.

My EV developed a High Voltage Charging System warning that would not allow car to be charged. The technicians at Robbin Chevrolet were very professional and expeditious in taking care of this problem. I had the car back on the road in no time. Highly recommend their Service Center.

Sucked neither Nena or Aaron called or text or emailed me, to inform me the truck sold the night before I had a 10:15 a.m. appointment! Drove all the Way out there with my dad got the was told go to another building Sat there for about a hr to be told the truck was gone and they didn't have anything else available like that!? Went to Ron Craft drove of the lot after dropping $ cash owe it !! 27,143 miles 2019 Chevy Silverado!

I get really quick service and usually in and out within 30 minutes. It's not like going to a Jiffy Lube or 5-Minute by no means, but they get the job done. Not much communication.

I was recommended to take my car (GMC Acadia) there at the behest of a service shop I usually take my car to for regular service and maintenance. So I did. They charged me a $179 diagnostic fee, which had already been done by the service repair center that SENT me to them. Plus the service shop told them specifically that the diagnostic wouldn't show what was wrong with my car and informed them they needed to do a" block test." Did they do the "Block test"?!? Nooooo they did the diagnostic exam instead and said there was nothing wrong with my car. They tell me we ran the car for a full hour and nothing came on. I'm like that's weird because I drive 45 for work each way and by the time I'm in traffic on my way home, the car is saying it's overheating. So then running it for an hr would have definitely made it overheat!!! I'm feeling uncomfortable because the check engine light kept coming on which was why I took it to the service center in the first place. I was told by 2 different service shops, including the one who recommended me to go to them, both telling me it's something wrong with the engine. I decide their answer isn't good enough, take my car literally next door to the actual GMC dealership annnnd lo' and behold guess who finds out what's wrong with my car!!! Certainly NOT Robbins!!! Then when I called to ask about a refund, I got the run around, was told by the GM and service shop manager that they would look into it and call me back. They also asked me to send them "proof" that work was done on my car by the GMC dealership. So I did!!! Did they call me back?!? NOOO!!! I had to physically go up there annnnd speak with them just for them to fiddle around with their paperwork, annnnd say "it's only $179" and finally relent to giving me my money back. Like you charged me $179 to do what?!? Nothing!!! To find what?!? Nothing!!! I will NEVER, EVER EVER take my car or recommend them to ANYONE!!!!

The vehicle drop off did not go well. The service department driver serves a 10 miles radius, but was somehow gone from my pre-arranged drop off time of 8am until 9:30am. I waited 90 minutes for a 5 mile ride. The vehicle pick up went even worse. I was handed a key with only half my remote on it. The employee told me if was given to her like that. After a one hour delay, where they searched for my other half of my remote, they agreed to special order me one. I also have to return to the dealership for 90+ minutes so they program my new remote and also the spare remote I have. Completely unacceptable service level by the department as a whole, although the Advisor was fine overall. In addition, prices have skyrocketed. Parts for a repair were $1,400 including a small hose for ~$400, and labor is book hours (9+) at a whopping $179 an hour. This will be my last repair at a Chevy or GMC dealer.

Extremely unprofessional staff. Hardly knows what they are doing. I overhead the manager tell a staff member to tell a customers that they needed a new battery because the manager couldn't figure out the actual issue, the staff member told the manager that the battery was not the problem. No effort to care, too lazy to complete full diagnostics of vehicles. I brought in my vehicle for recalibration and when I picked it up there was still stuff wrong with the car, I told the service agent and he said "we'll fix it when you bring it back next week for your inspection" I paid almost 2 thousand dollars and they brushed the issue off till the next time I come in. Then I looked on YouTube and fixed the issue myself. They also incorrectly input the mileage of my vehicle , my car has 41,000 miles , they put that my car has 52,000 by accident on their report which is updated into my car fax report. GO TO ANY OTHER CHEVY BUT THIS ONE !!!
